From the very start, he made everything easy and stress-free. He set up a Zoom meeting so we could “meet” face-to-face, which was super convenient for us. During that call, Darren really listened to what we wanted and shared his expert advice on how to make it happen. We ended up choosing a new construction home, and Darren was there for us every step of the way. He was always available to answer our questions, and believe us, we had plenty! My fiancée and I were moving from Louisiana due to a job transfer, and we had a short timeline to find our new home. Our first meeting with Darren Upp was over Zoom, and right from the start, we felt comfortable with how the process was going to unfold. We had a good idea of the area we wanted to live in, so we picked out a few properties online that looked promising. When we arrived in town, we met Darren in person at our first showing. Although the houses we initially selected didn’t impress us as much in person, Darren quickly stepped up to the challenge. While we took a break for lunch, Darren went back to the drawing board, taking into account our preferences and the limited time we had. He worked diligently to find other homes that matched our criteria and even managed to schedule new showings for the same day. His commitment to helping us find the perfect home, despite the initial setbacks, was truly impressive. That afternoon, we saw more homes, but we still had a tough decision to make.
