Demetri has been my Realtor since she sold me my first property in 2004 and has helped us to purchase a total of 4 properties to my husband and I during that time; she has even sold 1 of those properties for us and always secures the best tenants for our rentals year after year. She is such an ease to work with because she is knowledgeable about her field and is able to tell you exactly what you need to do and don't need to do to get your property sold not only quickly but also for top dollar--provided you take her advise. When buying a property, she is able to predict any potential obstacles and prepare you for them and even works very closely with the seller's/buyer's realtor which helps to smooth out a really grueling process. Demetri is also very assertive in her negotiations and has always looked out for our best interest whether we were buying, selling, or securing a tenant. I cannot say enough great things about Demetri which is why she will continue to be our one and only realtor!
