Lenore Smith is the best realtor I've ever worked with. Our house had been on the market for a few months with no activity. We switched our listing to Lenore and she recommended a few small improvements and offered a staging service that used our existing furniture and decor. Within 2 days we had 2 excellent offers, one of which we happily accepted. She was also able to help us find the perfect new home and stayed on top of the process with the new home builder to insure we were taken care of.
